Privacy Policy
Last updated September 28, 2026. This explains what data we collect and how we use it.
This Privacy Policy explains how FreshlyFunded (“we,” “us”) collects, uses and protects personal data when you visit our website, request a free sample, or purchase a lead list.
1. Information we collect
- Information you give us: your name, work email and any details you submit through our forms (free sample, contact form, or checkout).
- Checkout information: when you buy, Pocketsflow, Inc., our Merchant of Record, collects your email, name and billing country and processes your payment. It shares your email, name and order details with us so we can deliver your order. We never see or store your full card details. See Pocketsflow’s privacy policy.
- Usage data: pages visited, referral source, device and browser type, collected via standard analytics and cookies.
2. How we use it
- To deliver the free sample or purchased lead list to the email address you provide.
- To send the weekly leads email to active subscribers, and product or billing updates.
- To respond to support and contact requests.
- To improve the website and measure which pages and offers perform.
- To detect and prevent fraud or abuse of the Service.
You can opt out of marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email we send.
3. Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with:
- Pocketsflow, Inc., to process payments, collect tax, and send receipts and billing-related communications.
- Email delivery, hosting and analytics providers who process data on our behalf under contract.
- Authorities, where required by law.
4. The data in our lead lists
The lead lists we sell contain business contact data (name, job title, company, business email, LinkedIn profile and similar) compiled from public sources such as funding announcements, company websites and professional networks, then verified by our team. If you are an individual who appears in one of our lists and would like your information removed, use our contact form and we will remove it from future lists.
5. Cookies
We use cookies and similar technologies for essential site functionality and to understand how visitors use the site. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
6. Data retention and security
We retain account and order data for as long as needed to provide the Service, meet legal and tax obligations, and resolve disputes. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal data, or to object to certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, use our contact form.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes take effect once posted here with an updated date.
